The 2024 A Royal Affair was an amazing night filled with food, drinks, music, dancing, and an auction. This is the Gustavus biennial, festive fundraiser supporting access to learning and the library!

The party featured the Gustavus alumni group, Bend in the River Big Band and the Gustavus student Swing Club. The evening was emceed by Mike Marcotte ’08 who is Executive Producer of Local Programming for KSTP-TV, the creative genius behind Give Me The Mike (Exploring Minnesota and Beyond).

The event raises funds for scholarships for first-generation college students with high academic ability and demonstrated financial need and the Gustavus Library Associates Endowment Fund. The event is hosted by the Friends of the Library-Gustavus Library Associates (GLA) and Gustavus Adolphus College.
