Overview

Jason Haaheim ’01 will discuss how he has used the scientific method for his music career, his engineering career, and everything in between. Jason has been the principal timpanist for the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra since 2013. He holds a bachelor of arts degree with a double major in honors-music-performance and physics from Gustavus.

This event will take place Sesquicentennial Plaza Amphitheater on the west side of Christ Chapel. If the weather is unfavorable we will use Christ Chapel as a rain site. Snacks and refreshments will be served.
