Scholarly and Creativity Achievement Groups
Scholarship and Creativity Achievement Groups help faculty develop career goals for your scholarship and identify short-term tactics for achieving those goals. Beyond a forum to talk about and receive feedback on your work and learn about the work of others, the groups provide support and a gentle accountability structure that can help you move toward your goals.
Groups of four to five faculty members will meet in small groups two times a semester. The Kendall Center will organize the groups, which will be comprised of faculty from different ranks, different divisions, and different scholarly interests. Each participant will identify specific goals and challenges to their accomplishment; group members will provide support, ideas, and suggestions for accentuating progress on scholarship and creativity.
