Sarah assists Gustavus faculty with preparing, submitting and managing grants for their research, scholarship and creative activities. She also submits and assists with the management of all government grants on behalf of the College.

News, Opportunities, and Events:

Gustavus is an institutional member of the Grants Resource Center (GRC). GRC provides a monthly list of grant deadlines, has a GrantSearch database that faculty and staff can use to look for funding opportunities, and offers many other services. Contact Sarah Bridges to sign up to receive the monthly funding announcements and to get started using the GrantSearch database.

The Responsible Conduct of Research Policy was approved by Cabinet on August 21, 2017

The policy for Including Faculty Time and Reassignment Requests in Proposals was approved by Cabinet on March 28, 2017.

The Facilities and Administrative Cost Distribution Policy was approved by Cabinet on December 6, 2016.

The Gustavus Policy for Submission of Proposals for External Funding was approved by Cabinet on November 8, 2016. We will begin implementing this policy, and requiring the associated External Funding Approval Form, for all proposals submitted beginning December 1, 2016. 

The Gustavus Facilities and Administrative Cost Recovery Policy was approved by Cabinet on October 11, 2016.
