We will assist in person or take your call Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please note, password resets require identity verification. To be prepared, bring a photo ID with you to the Helpline (located in Olin Hall) or have a photo ID and a web-cam enabled device available during your call.
