Data Sharing with DoubleClick

We may share data with DoubleClick (a Google advertising service). As with all our data-sharing practices, this is carried out with strict adherence to our privacy standards and is conducted in a manner that protects your personal information. 

Data Sharing Within the College

To provide a seamless experience across all our college's offerings, we may share your data with different departments within the college. This internal sharing is strictly for the purpose of improving our services and providing you with information that may be relevant to your interests within the college. This data is not used for any other purpose and is safeguarded with the utmost care.

We do not seek or currently maintain relationships with advertising services, or ad networks.

Transaction Policy

Security

We take all possible steps to ensure that your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your submitted information so that it cannot be easily read.

Your credit card number is not retained after a transaction has been completed.

Refunds

All sales are considered final and non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shipping/Delivery

Specific shipping and delivery information will be available during the ordering process, or upon submission of an order. If you have questions concerning the delivery of tickets or related information, please know that we make every effort to ensure that you take receipt of the necessary items well before the scheduled date of the event. If you have questions about the timing of a delivery, and/or need to make alternate arrangements, please contact the office or designated individual in charge of the event.
