Arbor View Apartments

• History: Purchased by the College in the summer of 1998
• Occupancy: 64 residents (primarily Seniors).
• Amenities: Each apartment contains a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, and kitchen. The apartments are furnished with a sofa, chair, small dining room table and 2 chairs, and a bed, dresser, desk, and desk chair for each occupant. Ample on-site parking (permit required). Laundry facilities in building. Apartments do NOT come with cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc.

 All ceiling heights in Arbor View Apartments are 7.5 Feet.
