Deadline: Sunday, April 26

All Residential Housing closes for non-Seniors within 24-hours of your last final, or by 7pm on Tuesday, May 11 (whichever comes first). Residential Housing closes for Seniors on Thursday, May 13 at 6pm. An after-finals request approval will be required for all non-Seniors requiring housing after May 11, 2021, and all Seniors requiring housing after May 13, 2021.
If your housing request includes May 17 or later, you will instead need to complete a Summer Housing Application, see more information here:
Any late applications after that date are subject to a $25 processing fee, in addition to any housing charges.

Graduating Seniors

If you are a graduating senior who currently resides on campus, we assume you will stay in your Residence Hall space and will not check out until Thursday, May 13. If your travel distance is greater than 350+ miles, you can request a late checkout, but you must apply in advance via the after-finals form.
