History: Original 12-plex (Rooms 101-106 & 201-206) were built in 1988. The remaining building was built after the 1998 tornado.
Occupancy: 140 residents (primarily Seniors).
Amenities: Each of these student apartments have two bedrooms and a kitchen. Apartments 101-106, 201-206, and apartment 118 have one bathroom - all other apartments have two bathrooms. The apartments are furnished with a sofa, chair, small dining room table and 2 chairs, and a bed, dresser, desk, and desk chair for each occupant. Beds (wooden bed frames) can be bunked without a rental kit. Lofting a bed requires a rental from Bedloft.com. The building contains two laundry rooms and several common lounges and study spaces. Apartments do NOT come with cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc.
All ceiling heights in College View Apartments are 7.5 Feet.
