Identity Affirmation Email Request Form
Use this form to request that a direct email be sent to specific members of the Gustavus community (faculty, staff) informing them of the name and pronouns you use. Please allow us a few days to verify and process this request. Note that we can only honor requests that originated from your GusMail account. Your request will not be shared with anyone except those you specify.
You can also visit your account page ( to change your name and record your pronouns within your account profile. This will change your information in multiple locations, including class rosters; see this page for details.
