The Event and Conference Services Office creates experiences that bring the Gustavus community together. We coordinate operations for the College's major signature events: Nobel Conference, Christmas in Christ Chapel, and Commencement. Throughout the year, we provide event, meeting, camp, and conference planners with knowledgeable customer service and a streamlined planning process. Whether you're a student group, alumni, or outside vendor, we can help you coordinate everything from room reservations, tech needs, and general support so your event — no matter how big or small — shines.
