Q. I recently applied for a position at Gustavus and I am looking at applying for another position. Are you able to transfer my application documents?
A. Applications are unable to be transferred. You should complete an application for each position you are interested in.

A. The best option is to contact Blue Cross Blue Shield customer service: 866-873-5943, or log into your account on bluecrossmnonline.com to locate.
 
 
Q. May I change my HSA contribution during the year?
A. Yes, you may make adjustments to your HSA contribution at any time of the year. Use this form and return it to the Office of Human Resources. 
 
 
Q. May I change my 403(b) retirement plan personal contribution?
A. Yes, you may change or add a 403(b) contribution at any time of the year. Use this form and return it to the Office of Human Resources.
 
Q. How much money do I have in my HSA / Medical Flexible Spending / Dependent Care account?
A. Create an account through Further and to view your totals and submit claims.
