Gustavus offers electronic (secure, certified PDF) delivery via the National Student Clearinghouse. 

• The site will walk you through placing your transcript order
• You will select electronically delivered transcript
• You can order as many transcripts, to be sent to as many destinations as you like in a single session
• Supplemental forms may be uploaded to be included with your transcript order
• Order updates will be sent to you via email
• You can check the status of your order online
• You will be assessed a $4.50 online service fee for each electronic transcript and your credit card will only be charged after your order is completed

Inclusion of final grades
If you are requesting a transcript with final grades and/or degree awarded, you should verify all grades have been posted to your academic record, via MyGustavus, BEFORE submitting a request for an electronic transcript.
