Daily SabbathA time to pause from our regular work and tend to our spiritual and holistic wellbeing.

Daily Sabbath is an opportunity to pause for 20 minutes and engage in a wide range of spiritual practices. Everday day when classes are in session, 10-10:20am. Events marked with a * indicate that they are tied to one particular religious tradition (i.e. Christianity)

Whether you are participating in Daily Sabbath events or enjoying breakfast with your friends, make sabbath rest a priority!
