Registration Dates & Deadlines

2024 Fall Semester
Month	Day	Event
September	3	First day of Fall semester courses.
	9	Last day to register for first-half courses (Sep 3 - Oct 18).
	9	Web registration through MyGustavus ends at 11:59 p.m.
	10-16	Course additions must be processed at the Registrar's Office. All adds require instructor approval. First year, 1st semester students must also have advisor permission.
	16	Last day to drop or add full semester courses. Also, last day to register for Internships, Courses by Arrangement and/or Independent Studies. First year, 1st semester students must have advisor permission to drop a course(s) and the drop must be processed at the Registrar's Office.

October	4	Last day to withdraw from first-half courses.
	18	Last day of first-half courses.
	28	First day of second-half courses.

November	1	Last day to register for second-half courses.
	13	Advising Day.
	14-19	Spring 2025 Registration (priority assigned by completed credits).
	15	Last day to withdraw from full semester courses (end of 10th week).
	26	Last day to withdraw from second-half courses.

December	17	Last day of class.
	20	Last day of the Fall semester.

2025 Spring Term
