Web2Print - Submit a Printing Request
The online portal for Gustavus students and employees to submit printing requests. Place your print job, wide format, business card, or paper stock request online using Web2Print.
Requests from off campus customers should be submited via this job request form.
Please pay special attention when completing the form for date needed, type and color of paper, and any special instructions. Then you will be uploading the file that is to be printed. This will assist our staff in the completion of your request accurately and on time. If you need assistance with submitting a print project, please contact 507-933-6272 or printservices@gustavus.edu.
Upon submitting your print project through Web2Print, you get an email confirmations when your print project has been received, being worked on, and when the print job is completed.

Services
- Digital Printing: Print variable data, color brochures, newsletters, postcards, business cards, resumes, books, tags, name plates, table tents, note pads, posters, calendars, labels, course packs with our high quality digital printers.
- Bindery/Finishing: Folding, perforating, scoring, 3-hole punching, collating, stitching, cutting, plastic comb binding, plastic coil binding, shrink wrapping, padding, laminating, booklet maker and foam board.
- Color Copying: Digital color copying at 80 sheets per minute for 8.5 x 11 to 12 x 18 size sheets.
- B/W Copying: Digital b/w copying at 110 sheets per minute for 8.5 x 11 to 12 x 18 size sheets.
- Paper Stock: Text paper & card stocks in various colors available for sale.
- Wide Format: Print interior & exterior banners, posters, signs and wall stickers.
- Color Photos: Print your personal color photos in various sizes at our Kodak Picture Kiosk.
- Sublimation Printing: Print coffee mugs, t-shirts, key chains, magnets, and etc.
- Consulting: Our Production Coordinator is available to assist you in scheduling your print job. Graphic communication is technical and requires planning. Because of the options available in software and technique, creating without first consulting with your printer can often lead to expensive delays.
- Outsourcing: Some printing jobs require complex and unique processes. Occasionally our in-plant facility will not be capable of performing some of these functions and outsourcing will take place. These types of jobs may include envelopes, die-cutting, embossing, custom inserting. Our staff will assist you in preparation of your print job and coordinate it with one of our local vendors.
- Contact us before you start your project.
- Ask questions regarding your project. Discuss timeline of project. Be aware of the College graphic standards and style guide. Take great care in proofing your project, last minute changes, deletions and corrections can be costly.
- Turn Around Time.
- Because of the uniqueness of each request, turn-around time must be figured on a per job basis. We make every effort to work within your timeline. The printing process may be complex and time consuming so planning is imperative. If you have projects in mind with definite deadlines, please be sure to contact us at printservices@gustavus.edu or 507-933-6272 in advance so we may enter your job on the production schedule.
- Printing/Copying Tips.
- The master document is extremely important when submitting a job request. The preferred format is a PDF along with some other electronic formats. If you are submitting a hard copies must be clean original on white paper, avoid screen or tints, signatures in black ink, avoid heavy black ink near edges, undamaged originals, remove staples and paperclips, and be aware of copyright laws.
