Folke Bernadotte Memorial Library
- With an active Gustavus ID, all employees receive extended loan periods for print and AV materials, including Oscar-award winning DVDs.

Health Service
- Employee Health Service appointments are preferred and walk-ins may be available. Office hours are 8am – 4:30pm M-F during the academic year. Insurance will be billed for all appointments and all insurance is accepted, except for Medicare. - Two flu shot clinics each fall for employees, spouses, domestic partners and dependents over the age of 18. Employees can get flu shots in Health Service at any time. Flu shots will be billed to insurance. Gustavus sponsored health insurance will cover the flu shot at 100%.

The Gustavus Arboretum Discount

The Gustavus Arboretum offers current employees a 10% discount on room rentals.
Parking
- Employees must register and display a valid parking permit and park in the appropriate color lot to park on campus. There is no charge, or vehicle limit, for employee permits.

Print and Mail Services
- Utilize the services at the Gustavus Post Office to ship packages and personal letters via FedEx or the United States Postal System. All USPS services except Passports, registered mail and money orders are available. FedEx offers contract pricing through the College.
- Recycled packing materials are available at the Gustavus Post Office in addition to FedEx and USPS envelopes and boxes.
- All print services are available to employees at competitive pricing. Services include:
- Photo Kiosk
- Specialty paper and envelopes; including colorful options
- Document printing in color or black/white
- Invitation / Card Printing: Wedding, Graduation, Birthday, etc.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
Please note that you may be eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. This program works to alleviate the remaining balance on your Direct Loans. If you work full-time for a government agency or certain types of nonprofit organizations (Gustavus qualifies) and have made 120 qualifying payments as part of a repayment plan, then this program may benefit you.
