Fall Fun Run - 2024

- Location: Arboretum (check-in outside the Interpretive Center)
- Walk/Run as many laps as you'd like - - 2 big laps = 5K

In-Person FITNESS Classes:

- This schedule is subject to change throughout the semester due to class size or other circumstances.
- NOTES:
- Weightlifting 101 - Learn proper weightlifting basics and biomechanics. Mainly full body and large muscle group focus using dumbbells.
- Weightlifting 201 - Dynamic movements for intermediate or advanced lifters. These sessions will utilize the Lund Weightroom equipment.
- TRX - Only 13 spaces available each class. First come first serve.
