The Office of Health Professions supports Gustavus students and alumni with:

#1: Prerequisite course planning: helping students to navigate the prerequisite course requirements for graduate school as well as standardized tests preparation required for application to health profession graduate programs. 

#2: Gaining experience: Assist with gaining exposure to the health professions through shadowing opportunities, volunteer positions and patient care positions. 

#3: Graduate application assistance: Dedicated support for both students and alumni applicants in the graduate application process. Provide workshops focused on the centralized application, personal statements and interview strategies. Group and one-on-one support and advising through the application process.

The Office of Health Professions serves Gustavus Adolphus College students and alumni pursuing careers in medicine and allied healthcare through intentional prerequisite course planning, health-related experiences, and dedicated support throughout the application process.
