Career Development

Through career planning students gain self-understanding, explore careers, and have opportunity to couple academics with experience. Encouraging personal career responsibility, the Center for Career Development supports all students in their career journeys by providing resources, connections, and communities to make informed transitions through explorations and experiences. Utilizing the Career Interest Cluster model connections are created between a student’s liberal arts education and areas of career interest.

Explore Career Interest Clusters

The Center for Career Development supports all students in their career journeys. We know that career is more than just a major. We utilize the Career Interest Cluster approach to aid students in their career development process. Career interest clusters are groups of occupations and industries that have foundational knowledge and skills in common, and are not related to a student's major.
