Be a Mentor

Offer Advice and Support to Students

Gusties always like to help other Gusties. To facilitate meaningful connections between alumni and students, Gustavus has a robust student mentorship program. The program runs November through April each year, during which mentoring pairs are expected to make contact at least once per month. Conversation starters are provided to offer guidance on discussion topics. Mentors help students prepare for the transition to professional life after graduation, provide coaching, assist in building a professional network, and more.
