- The mission of the Gustavus Adolphus College Dance Team is to provide dancers with a positive experience so they can further their dance abilities in college. Our dancers are highly motivated individuals that work hard to improve their dance technique, succeed in their academics, and form long lasting relationships with team members.

Captains are in charge of practice times and organizing game day schedule, along with helping choreograph routines. Captains are elected by majority vote, usually three seniors and one junior. Members of the team are responsible for attending practices, game day, and performances, along with upholding the integrity of the Gustavus dance team.
