Chapel View Townhome information
The Chapel View Townhomes have been on-campus housing since the fall of 2012. These townhomes are located on the northwest edge of campus, adjacent to the intramural fields and baseball field. Each unit has four individual bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, full kitchen and a small utility room containing a washer & dryer.
All Chapel View Townhomes come with four kitchen counter stools. Furniture is not provided in the living room space. Each bedroom is equipped with a mini-fridge, a sink, a bed, desk and desk chair for each resident. None of these furniture items may not be stored or removed from the apartments. The apartments do NOT contain living room furniture like couches and chairs - residents must bring their own living room furniture. Each townhome also contains a washer and dryer. The townhomes do NOT come with cooking untensils, pots/pans, etc. Custodians will come in once per month to do a surface wipe-down of the kitchen and bathroom.
A typical Chapel View bedroom is about 12'8" by 15'. The living room space is about 12'6" by 17'6".

The interior of a typical townhome features a carpeted living space. The townhomes will not have college-owned furniture provided in the living room space.
A typical Chapel View kitchen is pictured below. Each unit has an oven/stove, full refrigerator, dishwasher, ample cabinet space and kitchen stools for the counter dining area.
A typical Chapel View bedroom is pictured below. Each bedroom will be furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair and dresser. Each bedroom also contains built-in closet space, a sink and vanity and a mini refrigerator.
