What's Cool About It

College View is a popular apartment choice for athletics-involved juniors and seniors because they’re only steps away from Swanson Tennis Center (“the Bubble”), Hollingsworth Field, the Gustie Soccer Field/Track Complex, the Gustie Baseball Field, and other athletics and workout facilities. The original 12 apartments were built in 1988, the remaining after the tornado of 1998. They’re apartments, but they are Gustavus-owned, which means you don’t have to split utilities. And there’s plenty of parking.
