You Will Always Get a Parking Spot Right By Your Dorm

These are college-owned apartments, generally for four people. Each apartment contains a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, and a kitchen. Each is furnished with a sofa, chair, small dining room table and two chairs, and a bed, dresser, desk, and desk chair for each occupant. The upper floor apartments each have decks. Each apartment is not furnished with cooking utensils, pots, or pans, though, so bring your own fork. 

What’s Cool About It

It’s the experience of living off campus paired with the services and reliability of on-campus housing. (Furniture provided, meal plan if desired, laundry just down the hall, no utilities to pay every month.) It’s a bit further from campus than other apartment options, but the commute to class is a leisurely walk or bike ride through the beautiful Gustavus Arboretum. Plus, the parking lot is huge.

  • Occupancy: 64 residents (primarily seniors).
  • Amenities: Each apartment contains a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, and a kitchen. The apartments are furnished with a sofa, chair, small dining room table and two chairs, and a bed, dresser, desk, and desk chair for each occupant. On-site parking available (permit required). Laundry facilities in building. Apartments do NOT come with cooking utensils, pots, pans, or similar items.
  • All ceiling heights in Arbor View Apartments are 7.5 feet.
