Tips and Reminders

Gallup Employee Engagement Survey... Have you engaged yet with the College? You still have time to participate in our second annual employee engagement survey. We have extended it one more week due to Spring Break. Please reply by April 12. If you do not think you received the survey link, please contact Human Resources. It is also possible that was filtered into your promotions or spam folder in your GusMail. Please check those folders as well.

The survey is a short 20 question survey. This survey and corresponding results will help lead us with the Strategic Plan Initiative 3.3/3.4. The Gustavus community has asked for us to create a repeatable and measurable evaluation process that can be used year over year to improve our employee experience and performance. This is our second year in this process.
