Join the Gustavus Jazz Ensemble for their 5th annual performance at Crooners Supper Club in Minneapolis! The concert will feature Grammy® nominated jazz violinist Sara Caswell. Get to know yourself better through guided meditation! Meditation offers a simple yet powerful way to calm your mind, reduce anxiety, and improve focus. Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve practiced for years, tried it in the past, or are a beginner. Join us in the Bonnier Multifaith Center in Anderson Hall. All members of the campus community and beyond are invited to attend! Give it a try and experience the transformative power of mindfulness.

As dance artists, we are inclined to investigate and embrace shifting perspectives, to question and unravel old patterns, and to find new ways to root ourselves in the present. The Gustavus Dance Company explores these themes of change, growth, and reconnection through choreographed works by guest artists Yukino Sato and Darrius Strong, Professor Emerita Melissa C. Rolnick, and current faculty Sarah Hauss and Jill Patterson, along with selected student work.
