- Occupancy: 192 students (primarily junior and senior)
- Room types: four-person apartments (2 bedrooms, 2 residents in each bedroom), four-person suites (4 individual bedrooms), there are two six-person suites not offered during Room Selection (they are assigned as singles).
- Room amenities:
- Apartments have two bedrooms (2 beds in each room), a full kitchen, and a shared bathroom.
- Suites have individual bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and shared living room space.
- Each resident is provided a bed, bed frame, mattress, desk, desk chair, and closet space. Beds (wooden frames) in Southwest can be bunked. Beds can only be lofted with rented pieces from Bedloft.com.
