  • This schedule is subject to change throughout the semester due to class size or other circumstances.
  • NOTES:
    • Weightlifting 101 - Learn proper weightlifting basics and biomechanics. Mainly full body and large muscle group focus using dumbbells. 
    • Weightlifting 201 - Dynamic movements for intermediate or advanced lifters. These sessions will utilize the Lund Weightroom equipment. 
    • TRX - Only 13 spaces available each class. First come first serve.
