Get to know yourself better through guided meditation! This is a simple yet powerful way to calm your mind, reduce anxiety, and improve focus. Everyone in the campus community and beyond is welcome, whether well-practiced or a beginner. Sessions are weekly: online on Tuesdays and in-person on Thursdays.
