Dining Services can accommodate all sorts of dietary needs. Talk to our campus dietitian for help—at no cost to students.
Catering and Pickup Items
Our award-winning catering department can help you with special food items and banquets for as few as five or as many as 500—including “frost-your-owns!” Contact the Catering Manager at 507-933-6245 or complete the catering request form at least seven business days before your event.
Banquet Rooms
Three multi-use banquet rooms across from the Evelyn Young Dining Room can open into one large banquet space. Weekdays during the school year, the Three Crowns Banquet Room hosts a popular buffet lunch. These rooms are available to reserve; please call 507-933-7608 to do so.
Birthday Celebrations
Surprise a friend or treat yourself to a birthday cake, cookie or fruit basket from the Gustavus Bakery. Order one week in advance. To order, complete the form, call 507-933-7608, or stop by the Dining Service Office.
Application for Serving Alcohol
Gustavus Dining Service serves and sells alcohol at pre-approved events. Please complete this application to request alcohol service at your event.
