Campus Center and Student Union Reservations

For Campus Center and Student Union meeting and event reservation requests, please submit via Online web requests.

Reservations may also be made by calling the Information Desk x7590. To reserve banquet rooms, contact the Catering Department x6245.

Room Reservations

  • Alumni Hall, The Dive, Linner Lounge, 49er Conference Room, Rundquist Conference Room, Courtyard Cafe, Board Room, Faculty/Staff Center, Johns Family Courtyard, and Eckman Mall can all be reserved through the Campus Activities Office. Banquet rooms in the Campus Center are reserved through Catering.
  • Linner Lounge seats 16 people.
  • Rundquist Conference Room (upstairs by the Admission Office) seats 8–10.
  • 49er Room (by elevator) seats 18.
  • The Faculty/Staff Center seats 25.
  • The Three Crowns, St. Peter, and Heritage banquet rooms are power-point ready.
  • The President's Dining Room (PDR) is power-point ready.
  • Alumni Hall, Linner Lounge, Courtyard Cafe, 49er, Rundquist, and the Board Room are power-point ready.
  • Guest House reservations requests should be sent to guesthouse@gustavus.edu
  • Vehicles are reserved through the Campus Switchboard. Dial 0.

Sound Equipment and Event Set Up Requests

  • Reservations from recognized student organizations or campus departments that require sound equipment and/or room set up, must provide this information at the time of the reservation request. Be sure to include event details when submitting requests on-line through scheduler.gac.edu. Requests without event details will not be approved until complete. Requests must be made a minimum of two weeks prior to an event.
  • For event support in locations other than the Campus Center/Student Union, an on-line event request form is available at https://mediaservices.gac.edu/virtualoffice/index.php. Requests must be made a minimum of two weeks prior to an event.

Table Reservations

  • May only be reserved by recognized student organizations and departments.
  • The four tables in the upper level of the Campus Center may only be reserved by recognized student organizations.
  • When distributing materials, occupants must stay near their table area.
  • On the day of, departments reserving a lower level table may move upstairs if an open table is available.
  • Off-campus representatives must be sponsored by a recognized student organization or department and will be assigned a table in the lower level of the Campus Center.
  • Off-campus vendors (for profit businesses) may rent a lower level table at the rate of $40 per day.
  • Tables must stay in their designated locations.
  • Credit card companies are not allowed on campus, even if sponsored by a campus organization.
  • If fundraising, you must complete the fundraising form and submit to Campus Activities. Go to: www.gustavus.edu/studentorgs.

Sandwich Boards

  • For use by recognized student organizations and departments.
  • Outside use only.

Display Cases/Other signage

  • Locked display cases and other sign holders are available in the Campus Center with a reservation. Please contact the Information Desk for these options.
