Eight (8) posters per on-campus event are allowed to be posted in the Campus Center and must be stamped and approved, we also ask to keep one (1) poster for our records.
Posters or fliers are not allowed to be displayed, taped, or placed anywhere else besides bulletin boards/strips and designated windows (for example: fliers are not allowed to be placed on tables in the Campus Center or Student Union).
Residence Hall postings and fliers must be approved by Residence Life. Academic building posters vary by building but must include the sponsored organization or department on the poster and one poster per bulletin or designated space is allowed.
