Leadership Resources
Leadership Development for Gustavus students is one of the Campus Activities Office's core functions. 
It is at the heart of our mission to empower students in their leadership skills, develop lasting relationships with their peers, and provide the means of propelling themselves, others, and the Gustavus community into the future.

Among these are:
- A backpack of central leadership competencies;
- A compilation of team building and self development activities;
- A bank of assessments students may use to better understand their teams, themselves, and their leadership capacities.
- Time Management Resource Packet
These resources are valuable assets for students to use in discovering their talents, planning group retreats, and strengthening their bonds with peers.
