The Hill Crew

Article I Name

The name of this group shall be The Hill Crew

Article II Purpose

The Hill Crew is a fan incentive program for all students at Gustavus Adolphus college. The Mission of the program is to unite the student body to support Gustavus Athletic Teams and create an athletic atmosphere that is second to none in the NCAA.

Article III Membership

The membership shall be composed of an unlimited number of students. There will be a limited number of students who will serve on the executive team to help plan and facilitate all the events for Hill Crew Members. They will also serve as liaisons between Varsity teams, Athletic Department, and Hill Crew members.

Section 1 Qualifications Minimum requirements for Gustavus Hill Crew membership are: 1). Full-time or part time student status 2). Agree to the Sportsmanship Creed 

Article IV Meetings

Meetings for executive team members will  be held one a week. Additional meetings and or emergency sessions shall be called as deemed necessary by the executive committee. General Hill Crew members will have no meetings to attend but will have various athletic events to participate in.

Article V Executive Committee

Section 1 Duties Executive Board a). Presides over meetings. b). Functions as spokesperson for The Hill Crew. c). Responsible for running and marketing athletic events. d). Performs all duties as are incidental to the office and which are required of the office by the organization.

Section 3 Terms of Office The term of appointment for each Executive Committee position is unlimited.

Article VIII Amendments to this Constitution or changes to said Constitution require a two-thirds (2/3) vote of all executives inThe Hill Crew.
