"Conflict Resolution: International, National, and Local" is the theme for the 8th annual Building Bridges Conference that will feature Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Oscar Arias Sanchez, former president of Costa Rica and a spokesperson for Third World countries. The schedule is as follows:

Friday, March 14
Registration and Dance in the Dive

Saturday, March 15
8-9 a.m. -- Registration;

9-9:45 a.m. -- Opening with I am...We are Theatre Company;

10-11 a.m. -- Workshop Session #1;

11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. -- Workshop Session #2;

12:30-1:30 p.m. -- Lunch;

1:45-2:15 p.m. -- Conferral of honorary degree upon Oscar Arias Sanchez;

2:15-3:45 p.m. -- Lecture by Oscar Arias Sanchez;

4-4:30 p.m. -- Reception for Oscar Arias Sanchez;

4:30-5:45 p.m. -- Banquet;

6-7 p.m. -- Dedication for Paul Wellstone;

8-10 p.m. -- Benefit Concert featuring Shannon McNally and The Big Wu for CADA House and the Paul and Sheila Wellstone Center for Community Building in Lund Arena. Concert tickets are on sale at the Information Center and the Diversity Center.
