If a hardware problem is thought to be the issue for a non-functioning computer, Technology Services is unable to help. In this case we would refer them to the manufacturer of the computer.

There is also a group of students on campus who are willing to help when Technology Services is unable to. For more information, see the Freelance list.

Faculty/Staff

All hardware problems of college-owned hardware are covered by Technology Services, and are considered a high priority, especially if the hardware is causing your computer not to start up.
