To inspire career and vocational exploration for Gustavus students through a professional and personal relationship with a Gustavus alumnus and produce knowledgeable and experienced graduates who are ensured a competitive advantage as they leave Gustavus.


To develop a collaborative, symbiotic relationship between Gustavus students and alumni that enhances personal and professional growth in both students and alumni.
