Another Flu Shot Opportunity for Gustavus Employees, Students, Retirees, Spouses, and Dependents!October 27, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Homeland Health will be offering additional flu shots for employees, students, retirees, spouses, and dependents. Age 3 and older can receive the flu injection and age 18 - 64 can receive T-dap.

Cost:
-Flu injection can be billed to your insurance (you must bring your card).
-T-dap injection is covered by HealthPartners and BCBS at the Member's Benefit Level. Sorry we cannot accept other insurance for the T-dap injection.
-Cost for uninsured is $25.00 for flu injection, $35 for flu mist, $55 for T-dap injection.

Cash or check accepted day of the clinic.
