We all know a strong sense of community means Gusties are committed to helping one another in their professional endeavors; those connections happen organically every day in pockets throughout our Alumni Association. With an understanding that enhanced career support and networking beyond the Hill is part of the value of the Gustavus experience, the Office of Alumni and Parent Engagement looks to engage a group of passionate, dedicated volunteer leaders across a wide swath of industries to ensure that opportunities are available for all Gusties!

The current uncertain times mean professional challenges for many members of the Gustavus community. Now, more than ever, alumni and students rely on professional connections and career support via the Gustavus network. • Connect with Career Specialists who can assist you with various needs through a one-on-one virtual consultation
• Use our Gusties Connect platform to navigate professional transitions and offer expertise and support to alumni and students
• Utilize the College’s Handshake platform to search for entry-level jobs or post a job for new grads if in a position to hire
• Join the Gustavus Adolphus College Career Community on LinkedIn to post resources and broadcast open positions to alumni

Gusties Connect, facilitates professional connections with fellow alumni, offers enhanced career support to both current students and graduates, and provides elevated resources and analytics for the highly successful Gustavus Mentoring Program. All alumni, parents, and friends of Gustavus are invited to join the PeopleGrove community.
