I grew up in a small town called Northwood, IA.  I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa in Marketing.  I have lived in Minnesota longer than I have lived in Iowa so I definitely call Saint Peter my home.  My husband and I have two daughters and one son.  One is out of the nest, one is very close to jumping, and the last will be around for a few more years.

I have over 20 years of experience working in scholarship and tuition assistance administration.  The last few years, I have been out of that field.  Working at Gustavus provides me a great opportunity to tap back into the education arena.
