Sarah is in her third year as a therapist at Gustavus. Sarah takes a strengths and a “whole” person approach in her clinical work. She believes in finding and using individual strengths to make positive changes as well as looking at all aspects of an individual’s environment when problem-solving. Most recently, Sarah has been trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART.) Sarah has worked with mental health issues including but not limited to; anxiety, depression, social relationship issues, adjustment issues, emotional regulation, trauma, grief/loss, stress, self-esteem, identity and learning issues. In her leisure time, Sarah is an avid reader, loves all things movies and enjoys spending time with her family.
