Jessica HarderStaff
Jessica is in her third year of providing therapy in the higher education field. Growing up for a number of years outside of the U.S, in Europe and Asia, Jessica has seen how our unique experiences and cultures can shape us into the people we are. She takes this understanding into the therapy room to help create personalized experiences for each client, knowing we all present with our struggles in our own ways. Jessica has worked with mental health concerns including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, cultural adjustment, stress, ADHD, identity exploration, self-esteem, and imposter syndrome. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling, engaging in fitness activities, reading, and spending time with her family.
