I was born in Palestine Texas. In 2014 I started attending Sam Houston State University with a major in psychology because I just thought it would be fun to learn how people work. In 2018 I graduated with a degree in psychology and minors in political science and philosophy.
In fall 2018 I started my doctoral degree in social psychology at Texas A&M University. During this time my research interests included race, ostracism, authenticity, and diversity in higher education. In 2023 I graduated and started teaching at Gustavus Adolphus College.
