1. Introductory remarks
2. Talk with neighbors about primary responsibilities of Board, Faculty, and administration (9 minutes)
3. Collect views regarding primary responsibilities (6 minutes)
4. Break into four working groups, each discussing one of the following topics (26 minutes)
   1. Faculty status (Beck Hall 213)
   2. Facilities (Beck Hall 215)
   3. Selection and evaluation of presidents (Beck Hall 217)
   4. Initiation and termination of programs (Beck Hall 219)
5. Report out from the groups
