What Does it Take?Group Reflection Activity

Materials:

• White board or large paper
• Markers

Facilitation:

1. Pose a question related to the activity/event (i.e. “What does it take to make a successful Residence Hall?”).
2. Ask the participants to list items to be written on the board. 
3. When the group thinks they are done, press them to think about more things and what out-side-the-box items it takes. 
4. After filling the entire board or paper, ask the group to think about all of the things on the board they personally touched on, what others in the room did, and discuss.
