Employee Parking Permit Information

Employee parking permits must be renewed every 3 years, and the 2023-2024 academic year marks the beginning of this cycle.

Please complete the application for a new permit (by clicking on the Continue button below), and your physical parking decal will be sent to you via campus mail.

If you need to register more than one vehicle, simply complete an additional "Permanent" registration for each remaining vehicle.

Student Parking Permit Information

  1. All students who wish to park on campus must register their motor vehicle and display a current parking permit.
  2. The student parking permit fee for 2024-2025 is $310.
  3. You will recieve your physical parking decal via campus mail. Urgent permit requests should be made directly with Campus Safety.
  4. All permit holders are responsible for their registered vehicle. It is their responsibility to know and obey all parking and traffic rules and regulations.
  5. Students may only register one vehicle.
  6. Parking permits (decals) are color coded by lot:
    • Silver: Student parking
    • Blue: First-year student parking
    • Purple Permits: Reduced Price Lot - Only 100 permit stickers are available for this lot, Drenttel Golf Lot (W), on a first come first serve basis to students. This lot is a good choice if you don't use your vehicle regularly but still need to park on campus. However, Campus Safety recommends that you regularly check your vehicle while it is parked here.
A vehicle is not registered until the appropriate decal is properly displayed on the right rear bumper of the vehicle.
