HSA Contribution Update...In an effort to keep you informed of the latest changes, the Office of Human Resources has just been informed of another adjustment to the HSA family maximum contribution. For 2018, the maximum contribution limit to an H.S.A. for those with family coverage on the qualified high deductible plan will return to $6,900. As background, on March 2, 2018 the IRS announced a reduction in the family contribution limit to $6,850 from the initial maximum of $6,900 set mid-year in 2017 to keep pace with the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. In response to concerns received by the IRS on the administrative burdens the reduction to $6,850 created, it has been determined that the initial maximum of $6,900 can remain in place for the remainder of the 2018 calendar year. If you need to make adjustments to your maximum contribution, please complete this formand return to Nicole Goebel.
CBSL Collecting Camp Supplies...The CBSL is gathering summer camp supplies for Royal Kids Camps! Stop by the CBSL office to pick up a card (or two) and return items by May 22. All supplies will go to these campers. In Minnesota, there are approximately 2,253 children, ages 6-12 in the foster care system. Royal Kids Camps currently have two camps in Minnesota serving these children, with wonderful volunteers who have dedicated thousands of hours to reach America’s orphaned and abandoned children. You can help.
