Low Level Exception Occurred

This seems to be an error popping up when trying to export a project. This started after a recent update and can be fixed by changing the render settings in Premiere Pro by following the steps below.

1. Click "File"
2. Click "Project Settings"
3. Click "General"
4. Set "Renderer" to "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only"
