Personal Reflection Activity


  • Paper and a writing utensil for each participant


  1. Have each participant create a timeline of a personl or shared, group experience. Timelines can start at different points, depending on when the individual chooses – one person may start with a relatable experience from five years ago, while another person may start at the time of the event being reflected upon. 
  2. Have participants share their timelines with the group and create an opportunity for questions and conversation.
